I am a commercial real estate professional with a civil engineering background and a passion for building smarter, more sustainable spaces. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse markets and live on three continents—an experience that has given me a broad perspective on people, projects, and how the built environment shapes communities. I’ve closed more than $20 million in transactions and managed the first PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) project in Texas, pioneering the use of innovative financing to advance energy-efficient building practices. That experience sparked a career-long passion for sustainability and efficiency—one that continues to guide my work today. My vision is to reduce construction waste and environmental impact by promoting prefabricated, modular, and smart space solutions. I believe the future of real estate lies in creating flexible, efficient environments that serve both the people who use them and the planet we share. In addition to my professional work, I am proud to serve as a Board Member of the BOMA Foundation and as a Council Member for the U.S. Green Building Council Gulf Coast Chapter, where I collaborate with industry leaders to raise standards, expand knowledge, and champion sustainable innovation. I bring together a foundation in engineering, a global outlook, and a drive for efficiency to deliver solutions that are not only financially sound but also forward-thinking and responsible. My career is built on the belief that we can—and must—create spaces that are better designed, better built, and better for the future.
